the location is excellent and a few minutes' walk to all tourist spots. the comfort of the bed and linen is superb (i slept so well!). i could check in early, which i always appreciate.

the room was dated and worn. stains marked the carpets, i noted. the air conditioning unit had an odor, so i had to turn it off. furnishings in the bedroom looked tired and worn as well.

the manager was efficient during the morning shift i saw them checking on operations from the front desk to breakfast. the location is fantastic especially due to public transport options close by including the tram to the airport. breakfast offered a good variety of options. my room was very quiet ensuring a restful sleep.

the bathroom door was a bit difficult to fully close.

The hotel's location was very convenient. The tram stop was right outside. this made travel very easy. the room was clean, providing exactly what i needed for a short city break. the hotel stored our luggage after check-out so i could explore the city further.

I found large pipes visible in the room. this made it look unfinished. there was no drinking water initially available in the room. I had to go to reception to get some. the breakfast choices seemed somewhat limited considering the price.

i found the location super convenient! the tram stop is right next door. i also easily walked to the cathedral and town center in about 15 minutes! there are good restaurants and handy shops nearby.

the towels were a bit too small for my preference. next time i'll ask for extras right away.

the staff was friendly and helpful . i appreciated the free luggage storage before heading to the airport. being close to the palais de justice tram a stop was convenient for getting to the airport. i could change in the downstairs toilet block before my flight.

the bar closed too early in the evening for my liking.
